Today we will learn a little about PCOD/PCOS, unlike others I don't want to write in depth,
But in general language, It's a common issue arising in female health, mostly in young age, 18-30 years.
This is a state of imbalance of hormones, which causes enlarged ovaries with small cysts on the outer edges. It makes women to skip periods or irregular periods and makes harder to get pregnant.
SYMPTOMS:-
1) Irregular periods
2) Unwanted hair growth
3) Gradually increase or decrease of weight
4) Acne not only on the face, but also on the neck, back or thighs
5) Pelvic pain
6) High stress level
7) Depression/anxiety/ mood swings
8) Fatigue
9) Bloating
10) Oilyskin& dandruff
11) Weight gain
